(the "Platform") available at https://genstudiox.ai or its subdomains, or through the use of Narrio, an AI scriptwriting service accessible at https://narrio.genstudiox.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

Gen Studio X, including Narrio, provides an AI-powered content creation and automation platform designed to assist users in generating, editing, and optimizing various content formats, including scripts and narratives. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, enhance, or discontinue any or all aspects of the Platform, temporarily or permanently, at any time and without prior notice or liability.

To access specific features of the Platform, including Narrio, you must register and create a user account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including passwords, and for all activities occurring under your account. You must immediately notify Gen Studio X if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over any prompts, scripts, images, text, or other materials ("Your Content") that you upload, submit, or generate through the Platform, including Narrio. By using the Platform, you grant Gen Studio X a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, copy, store, analyze, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, improving, and promoting the Platform.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Uploading, transmitting, or creating content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harmful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempting unauthorized access or bypassing security measures of the Platform.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or similar tools that may disrupt or overload our systems.
• Copying, modifying, or reverse engineering any portion of the Platform.

Gen Studio X reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and remove any violating content without prior notice if you breach these restrictions.

All intellectual property rights associated with the Platform—including software, algorithms, user interfaces, designs, trademarks, documentation, and any other proprietary elements—are owned by or licensed to Gen Studio X. The Platform, including Narrio, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Gen Studio X disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from usage of trade or course of dealing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gen Studio X will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising directly or indirectly from your use or inability to use the Platform, including Narrio.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gen Studio X, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Platform, Your Content, or any violation of these Terms.

Gen Studio X may revise these Terms from time to time at our discretion. Updated versions of the Terms will be posted on our website at https://genstudiox.ai/terms along with the effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gen Studio X operates, excluding conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively through the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

The failure of Gen Studio X to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
